I see on here that there is one case of the clutch having a problem, that looked like it cracked on the back sheave, other than that, that's the only guy that had a problem with the p-22, no bolts breaking, or any other problems?

You are comparing a diameter in a P-22 with ZERO deflection to a diameter in a P-85 that isn't at the diameter of engagement. What's the engagement diameter? I already measured them. It's much closer and depends on deflection setting.
I have access to a 3000'field. Bring out your P22 equipped Boost. I'll bring my GoPro and my drone to prove to you the P85 simply works better in low ratios. I'll bring out our 25 9R too and will happily swap clutches . Real world testing Phil. What does your Boost have on it? 700 miles? My 22 XCR has almost 9000 on it. I can prove my theories. Exactly how do you run a P-85 with no deflection? This means the belt is riding on the hub. or has a secret length and width belt that will never be able to be set to a acceptable position after wearing a little. Not very belt friendly. 2ndly, WL isn't safe to run on. Where is this mystery lake? Anchor Bay? Or is it a field? Sorry, I don't believe your "theories" and don't try to compare apples to oranges.

Don't nake me look up all your post saying the amuertereoI never said the P-22 was better performing vs the P-85. I said it has several advantages over the P-85. The biggest is automatic deflection maintenance and very consistent and smoother operation. So say many other tuners like SLP. I posted this info and many disagreed because it was premature info before many of the current issues arose. My Boost doesn't have ANY of the issues as of yet. And, I'm not afraid to test it against any similar sled and already have with great success. But, I will not race it on dirt and no snow to keep it cool. So, either find a proper lake with those amenities or wait until next season. You will be surprised when it will be seen to be very competitive.
Nothing like Mike says. I can also offer a friend's mildly tuned Boost also with a P-22 and proper belt as a potential closer competitor to your moded one and he does grass race.

The new belt was a dumb fix imoOne of the little realized benefits of a .375" longer 2325 drivebelt when using the P-22 is that the overall gear reduction provided by using a P-85 can be maintained at launch by allowing the belt to ride higher in the 2ndy. The advantage of that VS the P-85 with a shorter belt is it allows a better contact patch in the primary. Less slippage. This is another advantage of the P-22 with the roller bearing hub.
If Polaris hadn't had excessive forward engine twist and minimal 2ndy float as well as inconsistent P-22 dimensions, the switch to the INFERIOR narrower and shorter 2348 belt as well as ECU reflashes wouldn't have been necessary. My Boost and many I've worked on don't require any of the factory fixes.
The weights used in a stock P-22 and the geometry of roller location vs weight pivot points vs the P-85 are different so I've been told. It isn't just a simple weight to weight comparison.Hmmm… p22 with 2 choices of belts, one narrower but the same length as a standard p85 belt that we can all agree performs bad. Or the 23 Boost belt that is the same width as a standard p85 belt but is longer.
Does the longer 23 Boost belt with a p22 have the same top speed potential as a p85 with the standard belt? How can it if the engine is placed in the correct location?
Fact is given the belt choices we have with both clutches, (this includes the wider/softer CC p85 belt) the p85 will always have an advantage in either starting ratio and or top speed.
We should discuss why the p22 requires so much weight to perform the same job as a p85.
