Can't speak for the other clubs but the North Shore trails are all good to go. There is a "water" problem over by Byers Lake that is being looked after. There was a bad washout below where the old "DogHouse" used to be that is part of Dalhousies trail system, not sure if that's been fixed or not as I have'nt been over that way all summer.

Went up to Dalhousie Mtn for a snow check. There are people out sledding, I can't see it being great going but anywhere the sleds went it was packed real hard and I didn't see any rocks being dug up. There was a couple inches of frozen stuff from the other day and probably got 6-8" of really heavy snow so far & still snowing hard as of 4:30.

Folly's groomer was out today. Left from club house went to trout lake, then to Patterson dam via 104. Patterson dam to 3 corners then into Byers lake, back out to 3 corners via 303 to the intersection of the 306a, then back to club house through 310 behind hart lake. Most wooded areas have about a foot of snow. Alot of snow blown off top of hills, also logging operations in effect, roads are plowed from debert to Patterson dam, no grooming until crews are done.

Chignecto Glooscap area is nicely groomed. The groomer is out right now doing some more of the Sanctuary - although down at the moment for a grouser bar repair. Great running here - all the way to Parrsboro. There is still an odd water area, so keep your eyes peeled. But if you want to stretch your legs....
