Dadzr deleted me from that entire site because I gave him an infraction on this site, despite me not even posting there.
Apparently it turned into a shit show of some sort over there when that was brought up, due to krom asking if it was a problem if I came back.

I remember once Yamaha started their downfall, anyone with a problem or complaint was quickly banned from Totallyamaha.com.

Seems to be the same path Arctichat is on.

Ironically, you can complain all you want about Ski-Doo on DooTalk with no repercussions.

don't worry guys. HSR is all butt hurt in life again. has to resort to password resets. Like MR. SLED on TY, HSR is just another coward behind a screen. its sad to see the forums are nothing but one's power trip.

This old thread is worthy of a bump. interesting to see how many members who posted in this thread are now showing banned under their usernames.

The good ol' C-note days .... can't say I miss them! The guy was awesome technically, and at one time was really a good guy to BS with. But he went off the deep end & that was enough for me.

Old boy still getting after it over there.

He pulled some really inappropriate stunts, but I don't think he ever did anything quite that extreme. To his credit, he did mellow out a bit after his extended vacation.

ArcticChat.com has some great knowledgeable people, but many of those same people are also a resource here. Krom as an example. There's simply a lot more activity here on HCS, and you receive a lot more feedback here versus ArcticChat. If someone is looking for info on an older sled, then the search tool on ArcticChat is often very helpful.

It still comes back to the tone of Mods/Admins as to what facilitates activity on forums like this.

Between Krom's hate for Barn of Parts and Textron, he's fallen to the dark side over there. No doubt he has helped may people over the years, unfortunately, lately the emotions on that forum are taking the mods deep into the dark side. They all hate textron, they think they are the only people involved with AC, and they love to attack people who challenge that.

with that being said, he's a decent mod if you can keep him away from c-note and doorfx, both of which are still to this day playing god on that forum. C-note for example uses his signature to advertise a company he has ties to. Doorfx thinks he makes the rules, and VS allows it.

Dadzr was abruptly removed as an administrator quite awhile ago. Demoted to a basic member and has never returned. He was the main problem with member here and there. He even threatened to remove some of the mods on A-chat and the new owners (vs) put a stop to him, removing all his "power". It took awhile to get back to "normal" as these things take time. Since that time, it's been kinda quiet there with little to no controversy. The remaining mods are all good people and really dont have much to do except bounce spammers. Most forums have slowed considerably. F/B is the main reason. Some of the accusations here are just speculation. I was never a fan of dadzr. The term one bad apple comes into play here.
