I am posting here cause most likely there are more than a few members who have bought type and year trailer that I have ! Mine is a 12 ft SnoPro clamshell trailer charcoal with front door bought in 2011 it is a 2011.I have been in contact with Alcom Inc. in Maine ( the manufacturer ) they have been great sending me what they called a care package. It consisted of a tube of silicone three types of weather stripping and a new front rubber sweep where clamshell meets deck in front.I have been in touch with them a few times ! PROBLEM, leaks at front door and surrounding areas ! First I had complete front door off and apart frames and skin NO SEALANT AT ALL ! Second after rains door no longer leaks but still water ! Next I noticed where diamond plate meets clamshell no sealant there, water was running right behind rubber sweep connection, sealed that. STILL getting water hand tightened all exteriour scews and rubber washers. It seems to be at three different spots on deck where rubber meets deck,I know I have to get in there with light and one guy outside with hose ( I have done roofs and flashing etc ) So water testing is not a problem,Id say it has improved 60-70 % but still a problem ( IN RAINS ) Anybody else have these problems and have you solved them. If I caught this earlier I would have dealer or manufacturer get involved.Whats up with this ? My last trailer was a FLOE with SnoPro cap , It had no leaks like this in front. ANY INPUT WOULD BE HELPFUL. At times I have put luggage up front in front of skis this is a problem ,THANKS FOR YOUR HELP. Trailer came from J. M. in Maine. :fluffy::thumbsup:

Check the seals on the front door. They are most likely contracted and not going all the way to the corners. These gaps allow for air flow, and that will carry salt, dirt, grime, etc. with it.

You could replace the weather stripping with the same stuff, or remove it completely, clean the metal, and use an adhesive based stripping from HD or similar.

Alcom is one of the worst companies out there. I had my first Mission trailer from them fall apart so badly that they took it back as a lemon and rebuilt me a replacement. The second was even worse and after much haggling and getting the BBB involved, they bought it back. With me too, they kept sending me parts to fix it myself. Can you imagine your Ford truck having a failed heater control or something and Ford sending you the part telling you to install it yourself? It's too bad they ended up with SnoPro. They used to be a good brand. Now they seem to be the same low quality as all the other Alcom products...

My mission hybrid lets the salt spray in. I've doubled up the seals and made sure it's tight. But it still leaks!
I found that if I tape the vents up, it seems to almost stop.
I believe having both vents at the too create a vacuum inside, causing it to actually suck the water in.
I'm going to try adding some vents to the rear or the roof.
That being said, there will never be another Alcom product in my yard.

LIke I said I got most of the leaks ! I was looking the other day and noticed FRAME of door OPENING, it was put together with some sort of butal sealant when it was screwed to clam shell ,AT THE TOP there were some areas I could see that were not sealing I will dry that off warm it up and silicone that. I think thats it cause no water is coming down inside front door anymore, ITS COMMING FROM ADOVE DOOR and dripping on inside deck. THANKS GUYS , I like the TRITON trailers saw them at springfield snowmobile show/ :fluffy: :fluffy: :fluffy:

My 2012 Hybrid 2 place deck is warped under where the ski weight is. Its dropped at least an inch. It should have had better quality decking. The 2 rubber bumpers that protect the rear drop ramp from the ground fell off after a few load on and offs. I had to drill em right through and put a nut and bolt on both. I found the first one and check the other only to find it loose.
Not really happy with this after owning a few Tritons.

I have a 2013 22' with 5' v nose 4 place inline snopro. Rear door had a small gap around the top of the door. My dealer (TBA in Bangor) took care of the issue for me. Sounds like some of you should have used TBA. They have great customer service. They have had all the contact with Alcom.
