I placed an order for shock covers-was told it will be 2 weeks. It ended up being close to 5 weeks for them to arrive. I am not saying they are not nice people or anything, but when you order, as a customer you want what your paying for and you expect to receive your items quickly. Next time I would probably order from somewhere else.

We apologize for the delay, it was way out of our hands. Skinz was taking that long to get us product but we finally have it worked out.

i ordered about 4 sets of hand guards about 4- 5 weeks ago ...any idea when they will be shipped??

Your handguards shipped at the end of last week.

I would like to say that we always give everyone the option to a full refund. We try to keep everyone updated on where things are and when they're going to arrive.

One thing I would like to add is that we had taken down the Skinz products for almost a month because we weren't comfortable with the delivery times versus having our customers money. I would not put any of the Skinz stuff back up on our site until I was certain that they had gotten caught up and we were back to 2 week deliveries.

Next year will be better, with a sales history we can now plan and stock hot items in the future.
