I would use some sort of bedliner material....you can get it in either spay can or roll-on form.

Not sure how it would hold up to carbide without some sort of slides or ski-boots, but other than that, the stuff is indestructible.

 

I want to paint the wood deck on my Sled Bed trailer. Any ideas on what I should use.

I guess I should have said that I have gliders and grips to put on the trailer. In the dumb question department... can you put bedliner on wood?

 

Oil or Solvent Based Epoxy paint.

Really Durable.

that is sweeet. where do I get that stuff... we have Menards, Home Depot, and all the department stores around Duluth.

 

I like the way you have the tire, tool box and tire iron! Neat!

 

I used the bedliner paint with some extra blue paint bling! ontop.

 

I got it at Home Depot, cant remember the name, it took three coats.

 

on the cheap,oil based paint from home depot. a couple coats lasts a few seasons

 

you could use garage floor paint too. it's usually epoxy based, is made for wear and tear, and is readily available at any menards or home depot. could also get some of the sprinkle on flakes for it too!!

 

black oil based paint with thompsons water seal on top. This is on my open 2 place trailer.

 

I did mine with solid deck stain, top and bottom. It really soaks into the wood, 5 seasons with no issues.
