I see on here that there is one case of the clutch having a problem, that looked like it cracked on the back sheave, other than that, that's the only guy that had a problem with the p-22, no bolts breaking, or any other problems?
More NSR style BS. You improperly measured the belt width. So, don't try to compare apples to oranges.I compared the stock p22 clutch to a p85 on my boost, the p85 performed much better stock to stock. Same sled comparison with results.
You are wrong again and I think you need to hang it up Phil.More NSR style BS. You improperly measured the belt width. So, don't try to compare apples to oranges.
But, I'm assuming that is with OEM weights. The OEM weights on the P22 are crap - we all know that!I compared the stock p22 clutch to a p85 on my boost, the p85 performed much better stock to stock. Same sled comparison with results.
Firstly, my Boost is stock as is my 850. But, try it yourself if you want to see the problem.Of course it will seem faster with a tuned boost. 🤦🏼‍♂️
No, you are wrong Mike. You can't do a direct comparison with two different width belts. You must match both clutches with similar width belts. Which belts did you use?You are wrong again and I think you need to hang it up Phil.
I did a direct comparison on the same sled with factory belt the sled came with. Your comparison using two totally different sleds is highly irrelevant. Yeah let’s compare a p22 on a 185hp boost 850 to a 2019 850 making 20hp less and call it good. Even you know better than that.
if your boost is stock? it's a turd and not going to beat anybody. anybody can claim there fast on the computor? i want to know where do you hook the tether too? key board racer.
Yup, oem weights is a good comparison. Both clutches were run at the same rpm. But, I'm assuming that is with OEM weights. The OEM weights on the P22 are crap - we all know that!
Thx B. What did you find compatible or weights on the p85??I compared the stock p22 clutch to a p85 on my boost, the p85 performed much better stock to stock. Same sled comparison with results.
10/74’s or EPI 74g belly busters with an almond gold spring, stock secondary with the wide cross country belt works really well for trail riding.Thx B. What did you find compatible or weights on the p85??
Belt number?10/74’s or EPI 74g belly busters with an almond gold spring, stock secondary with the wide cross country belt works really well for trail riding.
Intrigued. What is the advantages of this wider belt... belt grip???3212338
If true, then that is NOT a direct comparison of the P-85 vs the P-22.3212338
I believe it also has a softer compound and grips better. My 24 Boost with a p85 and 25 flash loves it.Intrigued. What is the advantages of this wider belt... belt grip???
It’s true Phil, that belt is wider than the standard 850 belt but it’s not the belt that I used when I did the direct comparison of the p22 and p85 because I figured it wouldn’t be fair. On the other hand since you feel the wider 23 Boost belt is fair game then why not compare the p85 with a superior belt that is readily available? Your way of thinking isn’t the same as it used to be, it’s time for you to hang it up.If true, then that is NOT a direct comparison of the P-85 vs the P-22.

When I did the comparison in December the sled was run with a well used 215 belt. I didn’t try the cross country belt until a few weeks ago.LOL!
What belt are you referring to for the last time? Why are you avoiding the question?
