We do see the gray in the GMNF and the Woodford Snowbuster have posted trails open. Be careful very early season conditions. Not sure what the GRAY means that color is not posted in the new map legend. Like the new Map or Older one ?

The issue with the old map was that the connection to the groomer GPS was no longer functioning, and there were other support problems as well. VAST decided to partner with a new company, and although there have been some challenges during the transition, it is expected to improve in the long run. The company VAST is now working with is Mapgears, based in Chicoutimi, PQ. They provide trail maps for various associations in both the US and Canada, including in New Hampshire and New Brunswick. The system they use is called evTrails, and you can find more information on their website - evTrails.

Here in PA we've teamed up with MapGears also. It's going to take some time to move to their mapping product and it will be better for the riders in Pa as a result. The DCNR here only does mapping on their own property so it requires an outside source to get the connections made for private property and the state trails all on one place.
on my phone app, it won't bring up the online map. do I need to delete the app and reinstall? I like the online map view better. The, I guess mobile map view, kind of sucks because if you leave the trail number feature on, the symbols are so big when you zoom out, all you get is the symbols blocking everything. I like to zoom out to get an overall view of the total trip I am planning. But as usual with any update or change, it is usually a step backwards in user experience.
The problems where discussed at our meeting last night. Apparently they are aware of the problems and fixes are coming????
