There are similar grommets on different year Polaris sleds, don't know how the size compares. Post up the actual diameter of the fitting that passes through the grommet and the diameter of the hole in the fuel tank. Maybe the size lines up with something used elsewhere.

 

Thanks for the quick reply! I measured both the fitting and the hole in the gas tank with a caliper, fitting outside diameter is 5/8 and the hole in the gas tank is 3/4, grommet is made of rubber, not nitrile

 

They don't even show the grommet in the 99 parts diagram. Luckily the 2000 uses the same thru tank fitting and lists the grommet which is still available from Polaris. See Below.

I wouldn't worry too much about the arrangement shown, they are not always exact. That same diagram could've been used on 30 different models.
Also Nitrile is the type of rubber compound, aka Buna-N or NBR.
While you are ordering parts, get a new pickup for inside the tank. The original brass ones don't get along with ethanol.
