D&D has a pretty nice sounding billet double barrel can, I am getting one for my nytro this week hopefully and will be making a sound clip of the exhaust.

 

got a ultra Q, not obnoxiously loud but has a nice cackle.

 

Gut your stock one, cheap to do and the sound is perfect. The sound is inbetween stock and a mbrp slip on. Did mine and love it. Me and a riding buddy cut it open and cut out all the baffles and I just had to pay for some one to weld it up for me. $50 is cheaper than $250 and the sound rocks :thumbsup:

Yep, thread is about what guys are running for exhausts.....you gonna keep this up on everything I say? If I raved about Yosh would you be on me about that aswell?

 

This reply will probably get laughed at but.......I found a Turbo Cherry Bomb car exhaust to fit near perfectly in stock diameter. Entry comes at the side from headers but will need 3 inch extender to reach to the bracket at back of sled. Weld on the stock bracket and the exit is dead center. Exact same sound level at idle through 4k rpms the watch out....the low growl bark sound like a V8 from about 5k up.... For $26 at PepBoys.....can't beat it and it weighs about 1/3 the weight and sounds incredible. Yeah, Yeah....get a sound clip...working on it.

I already know someone who tried it last year, worked well and gained about 4hp on the dyno. Pretty cheap performance upgrade !

I put on a Ultra Q (same as GYTR) and i like the sound not to loud but way better than stock. Just unbolt and bolt on, no mods needed.

ya i understand that its about personal preferance, i was just trying to see how guys felt about it. BUt after i posted that i did find the schmitt bros exhaust and that will be the system that i put on, as soon as i can get money saved up for it.

 

will I run into any noise violation problems in ny with a can I would like it to sound a little better where can I get the best price on the ultra Q

 

I bought the mbrp pipe,Then I did some mods and put the full header and pipe from excell,I personally like the sound of my mbrp better, and they are a heck of alot cheaper.
