I'm finding that snow builds up on my '14 Indy's running boards make them extremely slippery. Can someone recommend something I can simply add onto to them to provide some much needed grip?

I may conside just drilling mine out. I thought I saw a thread on here where some used a dimple die and made them larger. but cost of die.... Did a quick Google search for some options.
Looks like one could drill the holes out larger to get snow to fall through and add some grips.
