Anyone else have one on order? Hear anything about shipping? I’m getting pretty anxious now 😞

You never said which sled model / track / color. It all has an affect on what is being produced and when.

You have my sympathies. Terrible to look forward to the new sled all summer only to have it delayed until the season has already started.
At this point I’d be cancelling the order and just Snowcheck a 2022. Then again, I operate more on spite than brains most of the time.
Well i already sold my other sled so not realistic for me lol.

We are waiting on two snow checked sleds. The delivery dates have been pushed back three times. My husbands is due to be shipped 12/15 and mine 12/31. I spoke to someone at Polaris yesterday, she said it could take two weeks from shipment for sled to get to the dealer and She couldn’t guarantee that the dates won’t be pushed back again. I found it interesting that our dealer had over 30 2021 sleds in stock. We are considering cancelling both sleds.

Mine was promised Dec. 15th, then got pushed back to Dec.30th. No firm promises though. I just found a sled at a local dealer that checks the boxes for me. Had to pay up though. They know inventory is tight and Polaris is having problems.
Don't have a ton of options as I sold my old sled. Thought about going to a different brand, but I suspect they are having their own problems as well. I will say, I am pissed at Polaris for taking such a passive approach to this. That $500 deal is an insult. They had the same issues last year without Covid. It's just not a priority for them IMO

Ordered my 850 XC 137 gray/blue on March 20, 1 ship date was 12/15 then 12/20 now it's up to 12/31 and I would imagine it will switch again, got the $500 for missing the November 30 delivery, I wonder what they will offer for January shipping? Already reserved a sled for my trip on Jan 9, at least they got their 2 new models out before November 30 even though most didn't have shocks. 😡😡 What a freaking joke.

I took my daughter to a local outdoor store to buy a new pair of snow boots. They were wiped out of a lot of things like boots, socks, ice skates, and even little things like waterproofing sprays. The long-timer there said that people have had more interest, but the main thing is the supply chains are bad because of Covid so it is hard to get product.

I suspect that Polaris is struggling to get all of their parts.

I've essentially been told the same thing. Now postponed until January 10th, but the rep was very quick to point out that is "tentative". I'm starting to wonder if I'll even see the thing for this season. They also were quick to point out that there will be no more incentives. Added to that, they are doing nothing for the dealer if one was to elect to not take the sled (aside from losing your deposit).

I cannot blame Polaris for the manufacturing issues Covid has produced. It's widespread among all types of industries. What does irritate me, is the decisions Polaris is making in how to treat the customer base and the dealers. I feel as though they are getting rather independent and not customer focused.

After being a staunch Polaris gut for 30 plus years, I find this to be very disappointing. You'd almost think they were owned by Textron again........

As someone pointed out on a previous thread, the Snowcheck program says “.....for delivery in the fall of 2020”. The last day of Fall is 12/20. If your dealer doesn’t want to return your deposit, just take him to small claims court. As soon as he gets the order to appear in court he will most likely return your money as he will not want to spend a day in court. If not, small claims court judges generally favor individuals over businesses and the wording in the program seems pretty clear.
I’ll bet they change the wording this year.

You don’t really think that your dealer has the deposit do you?
