Without me having to go under n measure the tunnel and such... can anyone tell me what is the lonmgest stud you can install in a 2000 zrt 800 without having to worry about tearing up the coolers n such?

I have a chance in buying some 1.175 (i think not 100% sure I have to measure them tomorrow) brand new carbide 5/16 studs 240 of them for $150.00 but I dont want too if their gona be too long.

On my 2000 zrt600 (same tunnel) I ran a 1 inch camoplast with 192 1.175's with no issue's at all...

I ran 1.175's in my 95 ZRT800 never had a issue. I had a front exchanger guard not needed on a 2000 there is much more tunnel clearance..

Running 1.175s' on my 99 ZRT 6 and no issues..,

I am going to put 144 new studs in the center of mine for this season. i think this is the length I will use also. Should hook up pretty hard with the stock track I would think!!!!!
