change your primary spring to yellow/white. You probably won't see much difference on the lake, but it will pull harder on the trail.

the 98 zr and zl,s 500,s ran that yellow white primary and the engagement was very high around 5100 now the 02 primary engages at around 4800-5000 tops which i think personally is better suited to the new powervalved 500 it realy builds power lower than 98 500 just my o2

I've got a speedwerx kit that uses a 55.5gr arms 57/52x cam engagement is 4900 rpms. Carbs are jetted down 2 sizes with a DnD Power Breather with the cone in the air box. This sled will run neck n neck with a friends ZR600 carb that has power breather & timing key. I've only run against 600 class sleds, need to find some 500's to line up with to compair. RPM's run 8200-8300.
