I checked out www.tracksusa.com.. they have the rails for $89 but the tunnel extension says "coming soon". Is there another place that is reasonably priced to buy these pieces to do a 136 extension on my 02zr800?

When I did mine, I couldn't find a decent looking tunnel extension so I ended up designing one myself and having it made. But TracksUSA is the place to get the rail extensions.

I'm upgrading to a 151 on an 01 ZR800. I have the track and rails. Currently it's stretched to a 136 with a homemade extention. I have not use for it not if your interested let me know.

$159.95 Uses stock bumper. Cat also sells 'em but I'd have to look for the #. Do a search-lots of info regarding this conversion.

I have a cat 136" tunnel extension (black) that I purchased new. I would sell it for 45.00+shipping. Looks just like my ZR800 on my avatar :dunno: PM me if you are interested. Simple to swap out when you use OEM parts.

If anyone wants the tunnel extention $50+ ship
Track is a camoplast 136" 2" notched for cat heat exchangers. I dunno... $50 +ship make offer. Two things about the track. 1) you'll need external drivers the inside nubs are breaking out (former owner) 2) It's drilled 3 - 1" holes across the back for easier rotation and track speed. it also keeps the slides better lubed and clear of excess snow. (makes the sled preform much better) I'm drilling the 151 I'm putting replacing it with also.
