Z1 Turbo

How many are still riding a Z1? This will be my first year on one but I have rode a couple quite a bit, friends sleds. I know they are heavy but the chassis fits me and they ride pretty smooth. I am addicted to the pull of the turbo.
I am buying a 2009 Sno Pro with just over 1000 miles with some goodies! I love summer but can't wait for winter now!

Since you’ve ridden one, then you know it’s heavy. Great sled though. Turn up the boost and go

My Yamaha buddy’s had Every model of sled, new, back in the day. The one guy still has a few of them (the first one with power steering whatever that is, the first Apex, a Nytro etc etc) He put a turbo charger on one, a supercharger on another, and they have to be pretty strung out and well tuned to make the power of the Z1 turbo. I think you’ll like it very much

Somebody say Tractor? Those JD were 400 cubic inches out of -2- cylinders. Huge.

X2. I had one of the first hijacker boxes that Dnd ever sold in 2009. So early that it did not come with a box, plug-ins, or instruction Dale and Glen had to walk me through installation over the phone. There was cutting of wires and soldering involved . When I started turning up the boost I had never been so happy in my life with a performance add-on. That little box and a straight pipe, bolted on 100 hp in a few hours. Wow. I had a big bore F1200 and a fairly built 1000 at the time. No comparison. Zero.
Thanks. That Was Easter Sunday. Had a hill drag race the night before.

Didn’t want to brag but…..
won 3/3 classes with the cfr and 1/2 with the turbo. Lost to Dyno port Rich D in the final.
