Im thinking about picking up a set of the yamaha dual keel skis for my 08 phazer. It takes a lot of effort for me too get the skis to track where i want them to. How are they and will they help me out? thanks

Yes they will help tremendously. I run Kimpex Arrow ski's very close to the same thing and I love them best ski I have tried. My suggestion would be to run 6" Shaper bars on the inside and 4" shapers on the outside keel. I did shim the back of my ski rubber ( do a google search and it will show you how) this will help with the tracking also.

Another thing we have done to the Phazer's in our group is to raise the front off the ground so the ski's are hanging and loosen up the shock springs all the way until the spring moves up and down, then tighten on full turn. This will lower the front end and your handling will improve. You should never bottom out those shocks running them loose.

Next you can spread the ski's out farther by moving the shim's on the ski bolt to the outside of the ski. This will give you and extra 1" of width.

And last check your alignment of the skis to the track. should be 1/4" toe out never in.
