Finally got a TPS meter for my triples. The WO voltage is 3.66 (I'll adjust that). But, my idle position voltage is 2.69. That doesn't seem right. I'm going to contact the manufacturer. What should it be?

I have a Polaris TPS tester. Can't recall what mine is at idle. But, the reading should gradually increase with slow throttle application all the way to WOT at 3.77 Volts. If it doesn't, replace the TPS.

Before you check the tps setting, you must adjust the throttle cable freeplay (,010" to .030" between the throttle block and flipper), then adjust the full throttle stop screw on the rack so that the carb slides just clear the bores of the carbs on the ENGINE side at full throttle. THEN check the tps for 3.77 at full throttle. An incorrect full throttle stop setting will of course affect the TPS reading.

There was a gradual increase in voltage with opening the throttle.

I will set up the test as you both suggest. Thanks
