NE Wisconsin has plenty of snow. I rode 140 miles up there this past weekend. The temps are only supposed to be in the low to mid 30s, so they wont lose much if any snow and they are forecasting another big storm for Friday, so I dont expect them to close the trails any time soon.
If you do decide to make the trip, be forewarned, you arent going to find perfectly groomed, super fast trails like they usually have in that area. You cant ride flat-out because the corners are glare ice and you have to watch out for the ruts, rocks, holes and debris. Not sure about now, but this past weekend they had lots of trees that were hanging low over the trails and there were lots of downed trees due to the freezing rain they got last Friday night. The clubs are working on it though, so perhaps the trails will be cleared by this weekend.
