I saw a holder advertised in one of the snowmobile magazines that would allow you to attach a regular camcorder to your helmet. It's been a long time since I've seen it and I don't know who sold them. Never seen a regular helmet cam.
Yeah I have seen the reg helmet cams like you in a mag before, But what you are talking about would be coll Just for fooling around with, Dont think I would want to go on a long ride with a hevy camcorder on my head,
You can buy a "bullet" or "lipstick" style lens that plugs into your Camcorder (your camcorder has to have an analog or A/V input). You wear the camcorder in a backpack or fanny pack and the lens is mounted on your helmet and attached to the camcorder with a wire.

They start at about $150 for just the lens and go up to about $300 if you buy all the accessories (remote controller, mic, etc).
