Getting ready to stud my track . What is the best template to use? Went to dealer today and they had the Cat template and the Woody's template? Not sure which to use.

I'm using 144 Megabites in Woodys Double Digger Pattern. It can be easily bumped up to 156 by running sets of double backers in the 3 empty lugs.
Others have used 102 and other 170 something or other.
I guess its what you like.
I used Woodys template, but I talked to a Woodys tech who used Cats template on his F7 standard, and is trying out their pattern for a comparison with good results so far.

I am also using Woody's Double Backer with 150 Megabites seems to hook up rather well--only have a few miles on sled--Woody's template will work great but if you use the double backers it's not hard to plot out your own pattern--personal preference

on the SnoPro Track I used Woodys 1450 Megabites.
I talked to SnowMan and he used 1.5 Studboys I believe.
I think they are probably the same length, just different designations from different companys.
