How many of you out there are using Arctic Cat synthetic APV oil ?
How many are using after market brands ?
In most cases with burn downs, piston scuffing & seizures which oil were you using ?
What coolant blend 50-50 or 60-40 ?
Cats coolant is only good down to -34 F and my dealer sets they're sleds out the door good to -20 F (W.Washington)
Has anybody tried Redline water wetter ?
If so does it work ?

Using Spectro Ful Syn. No issues. Used on my ZR8 with no issues for 2 years and 5K miles. Valves spotless.

Using Arctic APV oil.....no problems.....except maybe the price......some of the aftermarket oils are less expencive, and from the sound...no one is having problems with them

Artic APV oil- but seriously looking at Blue Marble

Price is nearly equal but the Blue is biodegradeable and has a slightly better smell.

I will decide after this season so I can look at performance issues as well as availability.

I wonder about storage during the off season?
Will it mix with APV oil in a pinch?
Do I need to look at oil pump adjustment?

Something to discuss for the group
