what else name of brand for studs??? :huh:

Stay away from the extreme max stainless steel studs, they have a good warranty, but it is quit a hassle to keep pulling them out to replace the broken ones.

Well if your really not into racing or anything like that...I would juss go with some Ice Picks/Screws in the lugs...it will save you lots of weight and you will still have lots of grip on the snow and ice...I have them in mine and prefer them over studs..basically becuase they save weight and I'm always looking for the lightest possible.... :D

Klymaxx directly ínto the lugs, carbide point. Or just the screws used to screw plaster onto metal framework. Those work but the lugs must be 1 1/2 " ( because minimum length of screw) or more they are very strong and last for years.
