Different tracks, different gearing, different front end.

SBA track = 1.325 cobra, 1.6 cobra, or 2.0 series 4 track (4 rear idler wheels)
SKS track = 2.25 peak (2 rear idler wheels)

SBA gearing = 1.74ratio 23:40-70 with 1.35" track, Not Sure with 1.6 track, 2.10ratio 20:42-70 with 2.0" track
SKS gearing = 2.10 ration 20:42-70

SBA front end = AXYS IFS: 42.5" Ski center to center, with axys trail spindles, standard upper and lower control arms, ProSteer skis, and 0.531" diameter swaybar
SKS front end = Adjustable AXYS RMK IFS: 39/40/41" Ski center to center, with taller rmk spindles, forged aluminum upper & lower control arms, Gripper skis, and a 0.438" diameter swaybar

SKS also has extra cooling the Assault does not have, I believe.
If your talking about an RMK Assault yes but I think he's talking about the SBA, so no extra cooling differences.
