so last year i pulled the motor in my f7 to freshen up the top end and as i was doing that i noticed that the crank seals were wet. i didnt have time or knowledge to do them myself so i dropped it off to have it done. first ride on the sled after i get everything back together, and i get a bad batch of gas i believe and melted the front edge of the piston. i caught it before it did any major damage. i put the old piston back in and never had any other issues. this year we get out first good snow and i take the sled out of the trailer to go for a quick rip. sled hit 6800 rpms and does nothing but sputter and run like crap. i brought it in tonight and pulled the clutches to go through them and the exhaust valves to clean them. what do i find? wet crank seals again. and wetter than they were last year. im gettting a little tired of this. am i thinking right when i say that wet crank seals are bad? this motor is playing mind games with me and i just want to fix it once and for all.
