Flipped the sled on its side to check how the shaper bars are wearing and I noticed they are worn low in the same spot on both skis just ahead of the spindle. I have the limiter strap in # 2 and both the skis and front skid shock set at minimum preload. I am wondering if having the limiter strap in # 2 has the weight of the sled too far forward. I do some ditch banging here and have to cross pavement more often than trail riders. Any thoughts?

Over the years I have found that the skis tip forward when you get into lower snow conditions or road crossings and they wear on the front part of the bars. This has been going on with my zr since new. The F5 is doing the same thing too. Normal....IMO B)

Something you might also want to look at is the wear of the left bar compared to the right. Sometimes if you run along roads you can keep your right ski in the snow more. So your left one might wear faster. I switch mine over if this happens.
