Wakaw has a rally on Saturday Jan. 13th, I don't who is doing it but I would phone the town office or the hotel. I have heard the Cudworth will have one at the beginning of Febuary.

We have gone for the last couple of years. When Madraga's sponsoored it, it was a huge thing, but now it is just a regular Rally, poorly marked, good food and good trails. The guys at Tway have a better run and prizes.

Arcola Optimist Rally
Jan 27th and 28th
If there has been anybody in the rally before, talk to them about it, it is a good rally with over 100 km of groomed trail to right in the Moose Mountain area
The optimist club is also giving away a Arctic cat sled, quad, or a kawasaki Motorcycle
There is over 8000 in prizes
Expecting lots of sleds out for this one as the snow conditions are in awesome condition down here.

\i wish it was a saturday not a sunday! where do you get fuel if needed as i was through there a couple of weeks ago and the gas station and hotel are closed. Which was a sad site to see!

i have a sdi so fuel is not a issue. just bring a jerry can up and youll be fine. its usually a short 70-80 mile run. I too wish it was on a saturday.(weird)

Jan 21 Melville poker derby proposed trail. This is a GPS print out of the rout. It will be 68.8 miles, Free lunch at Crooked Lake [Sunset beach] gas avaiable. 25 mile short trail. Some great views at the top of Crooked lake, be sure to bring your camera.
