Track came out of alignment the other night. I realigned the track and now it feels like I am ridding around with a stuffed snow flap – I feel that weird vibration. Almost feels like the lugs are still hitting the side of the tunnel. I check it over and over. Nothing is rubbing. Could it be that the track is too tight? I used cats specs for tension.

If you are getting vibration, you aligned the track incorrectly. And I don't mean tension. The track is running off to one side.

The sled is not free wheeling so to speak. I have about 1 inch sag without down preasure. I checked the alignment several times. OK, I am going back out to the garage to try again!

Hey Rob,

I used your Technique on your web page to adjust a Artic cat zr 2002 a polaris and a Yamaha. Worked perfect for all 3 sleds. Also you where right about the sag I have at least 1 inch of track sag and it works perfect! Thanks for the How to Pics!
