8500 miles, cylinder compression 125# and 126#.
What you guy hear about mcbperformance?

Also I've read about using 17 cylinder due to longer skirts??

Planning to stick with OEM or SPI.

Thoughts,

Longer skirts? I had not heard of that on the 17............................. I'm curious. That would be a one year deal with the zuke.

I have worked with MCB on a number of things and they have always treated me fairly.
As others mentioned I don't think the 17 cylinders are different.
Stick with OEM pistons, if OEM isn't an option wiseco is the way to go.

I ride in the county on/off trails and I'm pretty hard on the old fat cat. Hate to have a motor grenade out in the woods or whatnot, cost less to rebuild now too.
I'll check compression again to see if they are still up there. Last check was this year, mid season.
