I have the extra idlers in now and plan to install the engine bracing for next winter though belt wear was minimal. I did find the 383 to perform best at least for drag racing anyways. The xtx and 377 where to hard and would slip the belt.

Thanx....finally some real input.
I have been told they are heavy, but am used to riding a Tcat for 10 years now and don't mind the weight in a newer chassis with stability. Mods are a definite must. I want to be able to stay with mostly stock 800R's. I just can't justify the additional $1500 engine on the 800 when I can do something different with a 4 stroke and stay somewhat neck in neck but be faster than the stock 1200.
