Tekvest options

Have a tekvest super sport which I like for wide and fast trail riding but in the tight and twisties and off trail it’s too bulky. What are the better options out there?

Any experience with the 509 r-mor vest? Thanks.

I've been riding with more MX-style protection.
I own a Alpinestars Bionic Plus jacket, 2018 I've worn a Leatt 3DF Airfit and 2019 a EVS G6 Ballistic Jersey.
I don't remember what I wore last season, but I think it was something similar to the EVS Ballistics Jersey again.

Have also been looking at ballistic jerseys as they seem less bulky - not sure if protection is that much less though?

BTW, this is a good thread about alternatives.

I really like the vest/jackets with integrated kidney belt.
Not cheap, but this one looks great!
(This one doesn't look bad either.)
