I think you need to give us some more details about the sled...how did you figure it has 210hp? It'll take 1100cc to get that.....

As for jetting, if it has bored roundslides, you'll need 490's, if it's 1100cc. Any less jet in it, you aren't making 210hp!!

Keep the stock gearing. My 2000 will see 125-130 m.p.h. on good hard surface on a cold day. Mine is ported,heads cut, v-force reeds, gutted air box, d&d pipes, clutch kit and rejetted carbs. The size of your paddles on the track and the number of studs will hurt your top end. Make sure the motor is reving to 8800-9000r.p.m.'s.

I think you missed that he has 10t drivers....

with 10t drivers... 23-40 is similar to 25-39 with 9t drives, but may take off quicker.
