I was thinking the same thing. Plus $50 per day. So would need to make $100 to break even. But I might risk it just to dump some stuff. Same days as Novi as well. I wonder how many people hit both? I usually do pretty well on marketplace.

 

Seems like every year they used to do that big swap meet in New Lothrop (was it put on by Commercial Sewing) the same weekend as Novi.

 

Randy your right. This use to be the A-1 show out in New Lothrop by the Millers (Diane and Bill). It has always been on the same weekend as Novi. It draws a lot of vintage sledheads from all other states and is pretty big.

 

Is the novi show still a thing? I don’t think I know anyone that goes to it anymore. Back in the late 90s early 2000s is was huge

 

Yeah, its still a thing. I am not sure why people drive a long ways to go to these anymore. Most things are readily available 24/7. But if you don't have anything else going on why not. Over the years it has gotten smaller and mroe unrelated vendors. I heard last year had a good turn out though.

 

I'm sure booth prices are expensive. Our one buddy is Gary from Sled Michigan, I'm sure you know him. Last year was his last year selling there he says he's done.

Yes, I meet him a couple of times. It is very expensive.
