I know that there is someone out there that did 102 1.080 stud boy studs on a sabercat/f6 1" lug 13.5/128 TRACK. I just want to know if you have had problems hooking up.

I am thinking of continueing the pattern from 102 to 153 becuase of poor hook up. Ever since I put in my ODS I just feel like the sled is spinning and need better hook up. I love the clutch, I just need to put the power down to the snow

Is there anyone that has used the 1.080 and then gone to the 1.187 stud boy powerpoints. I also want to know if it would be better to stick with the 1.080's and then put the additional 51 studs in vs putting all new 1.187 and going to 153.
I have done a lot of searches on the forums and have read alot about the differences, but this type of question has never been introduced.

There has to be someone out there that has had the same issues.

Thanks All of you,

Karl

you'd be waay better doing 1.175 or whatever new 102 count.. ditch the shorties.. or do 136 1.175..

I agree with Dan, with an S6 do 136 studs and min 1.175" long (or even 1.25"). 1.25" would be the absolute max though in my book for trail riding. My 1.175's give me 7/16" of penetration above the 1" lug as it is.

So do not do 153? I though it would be ok for that track. 1.175 which ones would you recommend? I used the stud boy pattern, it is a consecutive pattern. Will I see a better gain with 136 1.175 or 153 1.080???

thanks in advance DAN

All u need to run is 136 stud's for trail's and some frendly raceing.Go with at least a 1.175-1.187 stud....anything smaller and u are wasteing your time.153 stud's is alot of weight to start throwing around and will cost fuel milage and top end speed.I run 153 1.343 rotein hornet's on my f7 and love the hook up for raceing 660ft..but it hurt's the top end.

Karl, originally I thought you had a 700 when you asked me about studs but for a 600 go with 136. Don't waste your time with 153 1.080", it will not hook up any better. Nothing less that 1.175"s.

1.080s will be worthless no matter how many you put, go with 1.117 and you'll be happy.
