Was wondering if anyone knows anything about Extreme Max or X-Caliber studs - I want to stud my track but don't want to break the bank. I have a bunch of gift certificates to Amazon.com and they have both brands in either a 1.075 or 1.15 in stud.

Does anybody know anything about either brand and if they are any good?

i have ran extreme max and would recommend them. good stud and a great price.

Extreme Max studs are very good and with a great warranty. Been using them for a few years now. Great price also. Thats what i recommend. :div20:

I used 170 of them with good success. I like the stainless and the warranty is good. Best deal going. I paid $1.00 with backers.

Just be aware they are measured differently than woodys etc. Ask the dealer for proper size.
