can someone please post the service bulitin for the problem of the stearing post hitting the cylinder head? my dealer is dumb so i need proof to snow tem so they can order me a new one!

I heard that they are only replacing the steering post if they hit the head hard. mine only hits softly, if you put slight pressure on the steering rod, it'll come away from the head.

That is true. The way the bulletin actually reads is that some contact is "normal" :blink: :blink:.

Cool, thanks Jay!

Mine only barely hits the cooling hose when a full right turn is executed. I don't see any harm done here. I think even with it correctly mounted, it will still make very minimal contact.
