Getting ready for my first ride on my new-to-me sled. The manual says this means the mixture is too rich, but also said to pull them when the engine is warm.

What does mine being black mean? Do I need new plugs? Should I clean them and tweak/adjust something else? If so, what do I need to do? How do you adjust the mixture to have the plugs look the way they are supposed to? What harm will come if nothing is done?

I've read some posts about how they should be light brown, but these are definitely darker. Don't want to F it up the first time out.

Thanks in advance for the advice! :dunno:
