I've been looking back through the forums about the crossfires performance back when there was some snow still left on the ground and some people said that the crossfire is sluggish after 60. For the majority of people who have already ridden one is there any truth to this? For those of you who believe this to be true what can you do to fix it? Put a clutch kit in it or change the gearing?

Its the track and gearing...

I dont think it'd be sluggish after 60...maybe from 80 and on...

I dont think you'll see 100...but there is no need to go over 100

Wait and just ride the thing first...... cat made changes to the production models for that reason ... gearing, ecu programming, and clutching. The reviews said there is a noticeable difference in the early build and production. :beer:

yeah i know. I'm just gonna get a pair of Pow Pros and probley a speedwerx can. I wont mess with the clutch till next year.
