Has anyone else noticed that AC makes no recomondations for changing pilot jet or needle positions when setting up for altutude? All the info I have from AC simply says to change the main jets(as far as carb. settings go). What have you all experienced with this issue..... is this information correct? Thanks!

I just came back from riding in some altitude (5-6500').
Adj carbs on my F5:
-Mains too rich, a local told me he was running 300mains opposed to the
320s (I was running the 320s).
-Other than real poor idle and start when warm, and I was playing in some decent snow and climbing some decent hills. Honestly, I find my '98 ZR600 EFI sometimes has a bog in the altitude and warm temp. more so than my F5.
FIRST sled I have ever owned though, that I haven't needed to either adj needles, change or both!
