Can anyone tell me what a 05 rmk 900 151 seconday torque spec should be. Going to pull it off and check a few things over and my manual has not come in yet.

I assume by "secondary torque spec" you mean the secondary clutch retaining bolt torque spec??

If so, 17ft/lbs is what the 06 manual says. 05 should be identical.
thank you much. enjoy the winter with out repairs.
While we are on the subject of the secondary, I have noticed that on my TEAM secondary, when I open the sheves with the tool provided to change the belt, when I unscrew and remove the tool the secondary sheaves remain open! Am I doing something wrong, should I be rotating the secondary by hand after removing th tool to close it back up?

Right now she's back in the shop for a warranty repair on the primary. At about 450 miles a clutch weight in the primary hung the primary partially open as the weight would continually get stuck on a flat spotted roller!

Hopefully I'll have her back this week......
You don't need to do anything. As soon as you start it up and give it a little gas it will close right up for you.
Are you saying that it is sticking open while closing even with no belt in there or with the belt in there??

With the belt laying in there I just grab the belt and rotated it(like the engine would)while closing the
secondary back down. Works fine and that is totally normal.
What I'm trying to say is that when you spread the secondary open to remove/install the belt and then unscrew the clutch tool to close it, it will stay open until the secondary starts to spin. you don't have to worry about it, as soon as you gas it up to ride and the secondary spins, it will close on its own which is what I was saying is normal.
After installing my first EPI clutch kit my sled would wind up the secondary whenever I backed up, but never had an issue when I changed belts.

Not sure what to tell you. Of the 3 sleds I have, they all do the same thing, I can back out the belt change tool out of the secondary and it doesn't close completely until I spin it. Just speaking from my own personal experiences.

I'd like to hear from others on what their experiences are with this.

Maybe it's caused by those hard landings putting divets in your helix! J/K I love hittin' jumps with this sled. I always lift my belt into the secondary sheeves all the way around as I back out the tool.
