So if I put the spring in hole #2 instead of #3 that it's in now the rpms will drop down. Or does this also mean you would reach a faster top speed. But if I pull out 1 thin shim and move the spring to hole #2 it should hold to the same rpm and give a faster top end speed??? The belt would stand taller on the pulley and the clutch would open a bit faster which should give you more top end speed.
