I have a set of D&D twin pipes for my 01 600 and want to know the best way to seal the pipes on the manifolds. Recommendations? It appears to me they will spit exhaust etc once attached. I haven't started the sled yet this year, but am hoping to try tomorrow.

Thanks

As suggested above. I've found Permatex UltraCopper works well in that application.
After installation, run a bead of it across the coils of each exhaust spring as well. It acts like a shock/vibration absorber. You'll never find another broken exhaust spring.

Thanks all for the replies. I already have some of that UltraCopper but wasn't sure if that would do the trick properly. :div20:
