thats not a good thing!!! I would pull the head and cylinder iff you know what you are doing or pring it to the dealer. it will only get worse and iff it tis an oil issue most likely the wristpin is jammed pretty good
once the head and cylinder are off that will give you a better idea. I was just saying if it was an oil issue it takes a little longer to get the piston off. most likely its an coolant issue, the ones that I have seen with the center scuffed was from cold siesure
