what size runners do you recommand?

That depends on many factors: Riding style/ability, Type of track, Picked or not, Type of ski, Riding area, ect.......
That said, for me I like running the Woody Duallies, they give me total control (with NO darting) with 32 total inches of Carbide.

personally.... i like to go as long as possible. There is NEVER a time when you can have to much control. Plus they lost one HELL of alot longer. Next set i get are going to be 8 inch shaper bars for my C&A pro razors!

That is what I run. They are my first Duallies but certianly won't be my last. I even put a set of 6" Duallies on my 600 that my kids ride.
