:eek: I went out and looked at mine and yes they are not welded very good :angry: i have a pic of it let me know what you think ? alot of pressure is on that bar!! i also put a pic of a zr one in look how it is ! i know it's not right against the bar but it looks much stronger ! the f-7 ? high preformace well this sure is not going to take much time before it break's :angry: :angry: :angry:

They chould have put a good bead all the way around it ! think i chould wire weld this while in the sled ? lay some wet towels over the track and be very carefull? or take it out got plenty of time no snow here :(

I would remove the computer(ECU) when welding on the sled. It does take much to cook a computer with a welder. It's safe insurance to remove it.....or at least place the ground as close as possible to the welding area.

btw- it's about $1700 for a new ECU.....better do it while the sleds under warranty
