That is correct. About 2" in my yard, I am @ 1,910 ft. I can see higher elevations have more. I bet area 51.666, pick up sticks, might be ok. Bosebuck reports the following:
We received about 3" of snow yesterday and it is snowing now. We had riders come in on Saturday
(prior to the snow) and rode in the rain up in the back country all day. They reported 12" of hard
packed snow/ice back there. The logging roads were flat and fast prior to yesterday's snow. Now
there is actually enough snow to lube your drive-train and cool your machine.
We have been getting a lot of calls about if the riding is worth it. I can tell you that it is not
like it normally is for this time of year. However, there is plenty of riding on the logging roads
(the unplowed ones of course) and you will have fun. Never under estimate the snow depths that always
seem to appear in the back country and high elevations...
We are expecting more snow for the weekend so book your reservations today!
