Here is the way I do it it is a one man job remove clutch bolt and put a large wahser on bolt then put it back in don't reef it just snug then remove the 6 bolts on the clutch cover the big washer will hold the cover in place once you get the 6 bolts out start backing out the bolt with the washer on it. puting cover back on reverse procedure.
lil off topic, but i like both. but if i decide to sell my sled i might go back to a snopro. i like the polaris cuz its smaller and seems lighter. im a smaller guy so yea. the only reason i got rid of my cat was i cracked the bulkhead in 4 places. i liked that sled i ran it on 110 all year
