D&D has them for 197$ uncalibrated, brand new. Not a bad deal, I bought one working out fine.

Check out e-bay, theres been lots of brand new ones for sale. Unless you know the history of a used one, run don't walk away from the deal.

also look in the bargain barn in www.rv motor sports.com ask for loren in the email he will respond fairly quick. i bought one for around 150.00 with no weights.
