2018 & 2019 ZR8000 Primary Clutch PN is 0746-888 (bare clutch without spring or weights)

2020 ZR8000 Primary Clutch PN is 0746-895 (bare clutch without spring or weights)

We know the springs and weights changed, but why are the bare clutch PNs different 2018/19 to 2020? I thought, perhaps mistakenly, all of the these primary clutches were rapid response II.

thanks

Thanks guys. OK, a different shim is the only difference between the 2018/19 and 2020 rapid response II primary clutch?
What does the changed shim do for us?
In other words, if you put a 2020 primary on a 2019 (assuming identical springs and weights were used), would there be any functional difference?

Yes it will effect how the weights shift. They probably changed It because they got rid of the nasty steep helix on the 2020 in the secondary vs the 18/19z
