Pockets or any one else, with your vast experience of clutching here is what I am running for clutching in my 98 XC 600 with a 136", EPI Yellow (PDS-3)sec. 46/71#, Red primary (PS-5) 145/300#, Hot Seat "D" weights 60g, 36s (48/36) helix in a Goodwin Perf. roller sec.(similar to the 02 800 twin sec.) I also went up one gear size on the bottom.

It seems to run good. It kicks the snot out AC ZR 600's :frech32: , any thing different that you would change?

Thanks

About all I would do is play with some different secondary springs, to fine tune with that roller secondary.

A bit easier to shift out on top end under good conditions. Keeps engine loaded on to end, helps if you start to overrev on top. The 600 like yours you want 8000 max on a calibrated tach.
